About claims
If you, as a consumer, wish to file a complaint about a RIG-TIG product, please contact the store or webshop where the item was originally purchased. If you received the product as a gift, you may need to ask the gift giver for information about where and when it was bought.
According to EU consumer law, a valid receipt showing that the product was purchased within the past two years is required to submit a complaint. The complaint must also be made promptly after discovering the fault or defect.
When you contact the store where the item was purchased, the staff will assess – and if needed, test – the product based on RIG-TIG’s guidelines to determine if the complaint is valid.
