Claims and Complaints
You have a 2-year warranty with proof of purchase.
Purchased elsewhere?
If the product was bought in a physical store or from another webshop, please contact the retailer directly with your claim.

If you purchased your product from our website, please submit your claim through our service portal. Make sure to include photos, receipt, and a short description of the issue.

Received the product as a gift?
A valid receipt is always required for claims. If you received the product as a gift, you may need to ask the gift giver where and when it was purchased. The claim must then be submitted to the retailer where the item was originally bought. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with products that do not have a valid proof of purchase from www.rig-tig.com.
Returns
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Please note
- We do not offer exchanges for another colour or product. If you wish to make a change, please return the item and place a new order.
- Please enclose the original packing slip you received with the parcel and include it in the return package. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are not covered by RIG-TIG.
- Returns cannot be delivered to our head office in Copenhagen – please use the correct return address above.
- We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
Discount codes
These must be entered during checkout. Unfortunately, they cannot be added afterwards.
Delivery
Orders are normally delivered within 2–3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder. We deliver within Denmark (except Greenland and the Faroe Islands), the EU, and Norway.
Order confirmation
You will find your order confirmation in your email inbox. If you haven’t received it, please select “general inquiry” in our service portal.
