Jens Fager

Jens Fager studied industrial design at TUAD University in Japan, followed by a master’s in interior design and furniture design at Konstfack University College of Arts, Crafts and Design in Stockholm.

Jens Fager opened his own studio in Stockholm in 2008, working on everything from largescale interior concepts to small functional tools. Among other things, he has collaborated with Absolut Vodka and designed ranges of lamps, furniture and cutlery. As Jens Fager comes from a culinary background, the collaboration with RIG-TIG was a natural step.

“As many of us live in apartments these days, kitchen space is limited. Thus, in order to save space - I like to design kitchen items that are both beautiful and practical so one can use the same items for both cooking and serving. As a result, I also minimize the time spent on doing the dishes.”
