Lemonade with ginger and mint

8 dl water
1½ dl sugar
Approx. 8 lemons
Approx. 40 g ginger
A sheaf of fresh mint leaves
2 limes

How to

1. Cut the limes into small pieces and distribute them along with the whole mint leaves and water in the FREEZE-IT ice cube tray and freeze them.

2. Peel and grate the ginger finely.

3. Pour ginger, sugar and 4 dl water into a pan. Heat it up and stir until the sugar melts.

4. Take the pan off the heat and add the rest of the water.

5. Chop the rest of the mint or crush it in a mortar and add.

6. Squeeze the lemons with JUICY and add.

7. Allow the liquid to cool completely.

8. Strain the liquid and pour the lemonade into the PIP jug together with ice cubes filled with lime and mint.
