REDO paring knife

This classic paring knife is part of the REDO line. It is made of stainless steel with a 98% recycled-plastic handle, made from collected consumer packaging. The 98% recycled-plastic handle, made from used packaging, lends the paring knife a unique sparkle. The shape of the handle is based on a Japanese design known as ‘Shinogi’. The vertical edge down the shaft of the handle ensures a good grip and control for both left- and right-handed users.
