The TOOL-IT palette gives you precise control when turning and lifting food. The octagonal handle in compressed wood pulp (cellulose) is inspired by traditional Japanese knife design and does not rotate in your hand – even with greasy or wet hands. The design allows the palette to rest on the handle, preventing grease and food residue from getting on the surface during use. The handle is heat-resistant and does not absorb grease, so you can safely use it directly at the hob and on the grill. Dishwasher safe.
